We can now offer our own-brand basic hanging strops, both without (standard) or with (standard plus) cotton canvas backing. These are ideal for beginners and have been on trial with us for a couple of months and proved excellent is use - and of course excellent value for money. The standard model is now included in our starter kits, enabling us to lower the price without sacrificing quality. Both strops approx. 19” x 2”, usable ‘bed’ are of approx 13”.

With a 22 mm knot size (that’s measured across the opening the bristles protrude from) this is a great brush and excellent value for money - a brush at this price would normally be boar bristle!
