What Information We Collect
We may collect and retain:

How We Use The Information

Any verification check with a credit reference agency will be registered as an ‘unrecorded enquiry’ on your credit report. This means that the search was not made for lending purposes and it is only included on your credit report so that you know the search was made. It is not visible to lenders so it does not affect your credit rating or score when you apply for credit.
We will also need to disclose some of your information to some of our service providers such as payment method providers, providers of website hosting, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure and support services, and email delivery services. Such providers are committed to maintain the security and confidentiality of your data.

If you have signed up for partner offers you may opt out within the personal information section of your account. You may continue to receive offers for a short while after exercising this option.

How Long We Keep Your Data And Requests to Delete Your Account
Unless required to retain the same for any longer period due to any applicable legal requirement we will retain your data for up to 7 years from the date of your last purchase or, for newsletter subscribers who are not customers, for up to 3 years from the date of unsubscribing.
If you wish to request that we delete your data you may do so by sending us an email. However, we may still retain information in relation to any orders you may have placed with us.
