New from Phoenix & Beau this Spitfire Solid Cologne is a beeswax based cologne that pairs impeccably well with its respective shaving soap and post shave lotion. Unlike conventional cologne it contains no water, so it travels well, no worries about airport security, and is easily portable thanks to its size. The tin will easily fit in a pocket.
To use, rub your finger across the surface or use the back of your thumb nail to extract an amount of your preference. Then apply to a skin area of your choice, e.g. the neck or wrists and allow the natural warmth of your skin to unlock the scent. Depending on a few factors, such as the quantity you apply, your skin type, the weather, Phoenix & Beau say that each application should last up to 2 hours. You can fine tune this by layering as little or as much solid cologne as you like throughout the day or evening.
The Spitfire Solid Cologne fragrance has a moderately bold scent of juniper blended that with the freshness of bergamot, the woodiness of cedarwood, all laid on to a base scent of leather and rich tobacco. The scent was created by Kerry from Phoenix and Beau as a reminder of his grandfather, an avid pipe smoker who left an almost tangible air of leather and tobacco around him wherever he went ! A traditional fragrance with a modern twist.
