Description
This Thiers Issard 5/8 Toutes Barbes razor has the black Toutes Barbes mark on a mirror finished singing hollowed round point blade. There is jimping to the upper and lower tang. We have a Thiers Issard 5/8 Toutes Barbes Razor elsewhere on the site – IE030012, but this razor differs slightly as it has a beautiful spine design in the form of an oak leaf motif. The spine design also bears a “G” for “grelot”, or “bell”, and four bell motifs.
The scales are made from walnut – a wood which has a rich brown colouration and grain marking – which has previously proved to be a popular choice. These together with the spine design make this razor something a little special.
