This 6/8 razor from Thiers Issard is stunning in it’s understated elegance. The classic desert ironwood scales are almost black in apperance but have a distinctive subtle grain. Desert Ironwood is one one of the rarest, most beautiful and most expensive timbers in the world. The trees are themselves protected and a limited supply is obtained from dead trees. The 6/8 carbon mirror finished blade has the Thiers Issard Sheep and Wolf mark in black and gold. The tang has jimping to the upper and lower spine whilst the spine is plain.
