This beautiful 5/8 from Boker is from a series made to commemorate the three counts von Berg. The razor is individually stamped with a serial number (386) and comes in its own display case. With glorious horn scales, the razor has a figured plated 24 carat gold spine and tang with jimping to both the upper and lower sides and decorative gold etching on the mirror finished blade. The castle Burg an der Wupper is one of the largest castles in western Germany and can be found not far from the Boker factory in Solingen andis the home of the Berg Duchy. The design on the blade depicts the coat of arms of the city of Hamm which is derived from The Berg house and in particular Count Everhard von der Mark.
