Each Damascus razor is unique and has its own character borne from its distinctive Damascus patterning produced when the blade is forged from 2 similar hardened carbon steels, namely XC 130 and XC 100 rather than the usual C135 steel.

Description

This Damascus razor from Thiers Issard has ram’s horn scales with mid honey tones throughout. Each Damascus razor is unique and has its own character borne from its distinctive Damascus patterning produced when the blade is forged from 2 similar hardened carbon steels, namely XC 130 and XC 100 rather than the usual C135 steel. The new Damascus blades have a glossier finish than previously. The blade has a hollow ground and has jimps to the lower tang and a hook nose. Supplied in a brown suede effect leather wallet. The images shown are of the actual razor being offered for sale.

Strop, bowl and brush are shown for illustrative purposes only and are not included. The strop is one from our custom range – IE140017 and the brush is an Invisible Edge Faux Horn Pure Badger – IE100029.
