Description
For the first time in many decades, Boker have reintroduced an 8/8 inch razor back into their range. When these razors were more common they were known as 14s. This marking was stamped into the tang of the blade before the forged blades were hardened. Boker haven’t missed the opportunity to bring this tradition back and have included it in their 8/8 14ER.
The 8/8 inch wide blade not only bears a historical blade etching but also has some gold detailing. The spine and tang are also gold plated andare elegantly decorated by a filigree and detailed laser engraving. The scales are made of a dark, slightly transparent acrylic blend which is a very very dark blue and have a brass coloured Boker tree motif is inlaid into one side. The shape and colour of the scales make for a stunning look. The carbon steel blade is an extra hollow grind and has a square point.
