Description
This is a new version of our very popular 3″ wide sprung-bed paddle strop. One side of this strop has a smooth side made from premium cowhide while the other is a napped leather with a sueded feel. While it may be used for finishing, this napped side is also ideal for use with a diamond or chromium oxide paste. This version gives you the option of finishing your stropping regime on a smooth leather surface rather than a textured one. Both version have the advantage of accommodating the whole edge of your straight razor making it easier for a beginner to use. While rigid, the strops have a degree of flex due to the hollowed centre. The colour of the strop beds may vary from that illustrated.
