Description
This is a mandrel for a rotary polisher. However I have found that they are very useful to help put a collar on a pin when re-pinning razor scales. When the screw is taken out of the end the mandrel can be placed over the end of the pin and tapped down to secure a collar when it sits tightly around the pin.
