Description
This Ralf Aust razor has a 6/8 stainless steel satin finished blade with a round point and lovely African blackwood scales. It has the usual “Ralf Aust Solingen” mark on the tang and the “Solingen Handarbeit” – handmade in Solingen – mark on the blade. What makes this razor stand out are the scales which are made of African blackwood. Not only does this wood look superb, varying in colour from dark red to almost black, it is robust and has water repellent properties which means that the scales will retain their appeal. It has a plain spine and tang and as such differs slightly from the razor IE280010. All Ralf Aust razors have a full hollow ground blade.
