This is an ideal first straight razor. This Thiers Issard 6/8 razor has simple black plastic scales and an unmarked satin finish blade. An excellent starter razor at a reasonable price. Has anti-slip jimping to the lower side of the tang.
We are selling this razor as a second as it has a very small mark on the blade made during the casting process. It is marked on the photos of the razor. As you can see it is merely a cosmetic imperfection, almost unnoticeable, and does not affect the integrity of the razor at all.
