Description
This Ralf Aust razor has a 5/8 satin finished blade with an American point, or in usual parlance a square point, and lovely African Blackwood scales. It has the usual “Ralf Aust Solingen” mark on the tang and the “Solingen Handarbeit” – handmade in Solingen – mark on the blade. The scales which are made of African Blackwood and have a modern contemporary design. Not only does this wood look superb, varying in colour from dark red to almost black, it is robust and has water repellent properties which means that the scales will retain their appeal. Overall it has proved a popular choice for our range of Ralf Aust razors and we now are able to offer it in a 5/8. All Ralf Aust razors have a full hollow ground blade.
